as the previous owners are heavy smokers I will be ripping out ceilings and most of the wall coverings to get rid of the smell once we complete later this month. The property is a Victorian terrace, built in 1899. Walls are solid brick and ceiling will be replaced with new plasterboard. There are 4 rooms that require work.
Total ceiling area is approximately 55sqm.
Total wall area is approximately 150sqm.
