been to see a new build 4 bed dormer,bloke wants a top job doing,what do you reckons a decent m2 price

labour only mate,seemed to get on with him alright,also knows other people we have worked for in the past total m2 down stairs ceilings 67m2 ,walls 200m2,upstairs pitched cielings 100m2,walls210m2 plus garage ceiling single skin of fireline 28m2,lovely clean and clear job self build project

4.50 a meter will give you a steady 10 days to do the job on youre tod and earn 250 per day this is based on approx 70m per day ......theres 200 quid in for a tower and a few odds and sods

its a board and skim job mate ,upstiars on the ceilings they are putting 40mm celotex an top of the rafters

10 per m i reckon im not good with board rates though i doubled the skim rate plus a bit ......is that all there putting in 40mm ??

are they cross laying the joists or putting it into the joists mate?

90mm between the rafters then 40mm over the top of the rafters inside

£2500 - £3000 seems a reasonable amount, nice to know what others think, I tend to view jobs like this as best - materials laid on No pissing about sheeting and/or moving stuff. Gear can be left, no loading up etc.

Therefore tend to price up with this in mind.
