What possessd me to try and board a ceiling with these on my own. Worse still a bloody power cut so zip gun don't work, and I sure aint using a cordless. I was suposed to set it today as well. Big school boy error

I've had one like Skim's for around 5 years now.
Lightweight and compact enough to fit in my C15 van with all my tools when I had it (now got a Relay).
Piece of (french word) to erect/lug up stairs and so far, with steady use (no abuse) it has held up well.
Got props too but only use them for holding smaller pieces while fixing.
Brilliant height on it too - up to 12 feet and can do vaulted ceilings as the head rotates from vertical to level.
Also easy to manipulate while the board is being offered to the correct position.
For the money.....Recommended.
Only if they are 2.8m 15mm boards. ;Dgalway said:use soundcheck boards.
I find the extra weight makes them easier to balance
