A little help

Hey all I got myself a little private job dry lining and skimming 2 rooms (walls and celings) 1 room tacking, the other dot and dab.

Both rooms are roughly 5m x 3m, just wondered how people would quote for this job.

They want 1 room doing at a time with 2 prices,

What would people charge for this and also how do you charge for drylining (tacking and dot and dabbing)

Work out how much your materials cost for each room. Work out how many days it'll take you per room. Add the together and..... TADAAAAA you have your price

Not gonna say a price but just work out how long each room will take you to do & then how much you want a day & there is your price plus a bit extra on top.

Well im employed at £100 per day, so £500 plus materials.

£650 all in to be on the safe side.

if you're employed, why are you asking a price, surely they are just gonna pay you what they want to pay you?

if it was private work, 100quid a day is too cheap, way to cheap.

If your getting £500 a week from the firm your on the cards for, anything around the £300 to £400 mark is a nice bit of extra to earn on the weekend alongside your other money....
