How long do you leave OCR before topping off with acrylic??

1mm a day arti by the book. That's the norm really. Up to you though. Like Dan says 5 days will no doubt suffice with good weather.

Best bet @Arti if your doing a lot of render is buy a moisture tester and prod your base coat/scratch coat. I got one from China for £7. If it's showing under 4% ish your ok sad I know but I'm a tool geek.

If it looks dry enough but actually wasn't as the Acrylic is breathable it would dry out through the acrylic anyway?
