The product is called 'Sika 1', and it is an additive to a regular sand/cement render.
The render needs to be 18mm thick, and it can be applied to damp substrates.
For every 25kg of cement, you add 3/4 litre of additive.
Can be purchased through builders merchants such as Travis Perkins.
