Evening fellers I'm in need of some advice,

I've recently started doing work for someone who threw his old plasterers off his job after they upset him.

Over the past week I've been finishing up on the house skimming wise and all that's left is a little bit of rendering out the back on a very small extension.

By small I mean 3mx2m on the back and 1.5mx2m on one side.

Its been scratched and beaded using weber mix or krend or something all that needs to be done is topping using weber and scratching back.

Now I've explained to him that I've never really used the stuff, I've k rended a small garden wall and that's it, all my work is sand cement. I've only used weber to terolyn.

He's fine with it and said that id better get some experience then, so he's happy to let me have a pop at it with the understanding it can go eather way.

I'm after some advice on mixing it, laying it, flattening it and scrubbing ot back.

I hate asking such a novice question but we all been there I just don't want to mess it up, thanks in advance!!

Very easy to use and best finish ever.i normally do first very thin layer like multi finish, then stick vibremesh in,and second layer 15mm plus adding top very fin layer after levelling, leave to dry about 2-3 hours in winter you can leave over night, rub with scratch float and don't forget to brush with soft brush, good luck

Do you not get halos?

Cant he just apply some microgobetis over the scratch then top with sand and cement or does it have to be a scratch finish to match other walls?
