Advice on site assessment

Hi need some advice on site assessment for nvq2,
Done level one at college a few years ago but never went back for the second year as started working. What do they cover on the on site assessment to get the level 2 what's the cost and how do I go about sorting it? Going in for cscs but wanted to get this out the way so I get the right card as it heard some firms won't let you work on site with labour cards. Cheers

You have to complete a minimum of 5 units, 4 are compulsory and 1 optional. The 4 compulsory units are health & safety, productive working, moving & handling resources & applying finishing plaster.

Some of the optional units are, solid plastering, rendering, direct bond and fixing boards with screws.

From what I remember the level 2 was very basic... Bit of floating, dot and dab,overboarding and skim mining... The rest was covered by questions from the tutor
