For weeks now I have been filling sanding and painting over an hairline crack which as radiator pipes at the back of it, it lasts about a week, i have tried different types of filler etc and am getting no where, can anybody please suggest a solution.

Many thanks

If its reappearing then the only choice is to either skrim and re skim or smash out the area and use trunking etc to hold back the heat - then bond and skim again ...

it depends on the cause of the crack, is the movement when you push against the plaster, did you widen the crack and fill with flexible filler?

Are the pipes embedded into the wall or are they surface mounted?
