all in date just over old brick but it had 2/3 good coats or pva

Not had a problem myself with hardwall lately only time i had probs was when we had grey batches it seemed to turn faster than pink. Did you use clean water?

yer m8 new plasterers buckets too do you think there may have been somthing lining the buscket ??????

Never known a new bucket to turn it fast, like i said its usually down to dirty water ie slops in the bottom of a bucket or cement getting into the mix, but when you say it turned fast how fast was it?

knocked up 1 bag got it on the table for me m8 sloped out the bucket mixed up 1 more bag by the time it was on the table the first lot on the wall started going off hard just got it flat in time

Yeah that sounds like its faster than usual. With such a small amount i doubt if BG will do anything about it try a different source and see how that goes.
