thats the thing ain't it, those with shed loads of cash will snap up cheap houses and make even more money developing them, come the great day brother!

I am from donegal but working in dublin for years .Things are tight but i have been lucky so far doing alot of private houses any site work is slow and a nightmare to get the money in

What part of donegal you live lad ? use to work with a guy from clonmany , i worked all over donegal too . Aye slippy lad things are going to get worse they reckon how you fixed with work at mo ? is it all domestic work now your at?

been workin for a firm for a number of years stevie and they aint going so well at the moment, i am being made redundant in the new year so i will have to try and find some private work.

I worked on sites for years but as they more or less stopped i had to go into the domestic side since last year i have to say it is a lot different , the sites where to handy . i started with getting the van sign writed and some business cards and put the name in local paper ,done ok last year . i hope this year is a bit better than last, 3 or 4 days a week would do me if i got it. heres hopeing ;)
