Anyone used a mixm8

Has anyone used a mixm8..they followed me on twitter so had a look at there website it's a plastic paddle.the videos say it will mix a full bag of skim with a 18v handheld drill.i use a collomix cx60 but thought would get a mixm8 paddle if they do work for when I mix for a little patch etc

They are good for lazy small mixes and dead easy to keep clean but not something I would go out and specifically buy... I used it for dabbing and bonding mixes... it does mix up finish quite well but it can get messy if you get it wrong....

I use mine for little mixes like , works fine just dont lift it right out the plaster , but thats what the cork screw thing is for to pull the gear down , if full buckets im mixing i get the big mixer out though .....
 
Used one on a refurb full house mixed with a Milwaukee 18v got 4-5 mixes per charge on full bag mixes. Plasterer I worked with bought same set up because they were so impressed with it. As for not standing up, means it doesn't fall over and damage anything
