what i am trying to say is... someone should give him a chance to prove himself, whats the worst that can happen?

advice on how to progress

i've been labouring for a self-employed plasterer for 4 years now. ive leant to skim walls and ceillings, plaster boarding, dry linning, floating and rendering. im starting to get fed up with not earning the same wage as a plaster. i just looking for advice on where to go from here? im not qualified but can i start my own buissness or get employment?

Stick with it Connor, i started a lad with me 2 years ago.He wrote a quite personal letter to all the local spreads , asking for a start.So draft your letter, get on the net, yellow pages etc.It may come to nowt, but it worked Adam.
