It's coming back into fashion. Ive done more texturing in the last 2 months than i have in the last 2 years!!!! Remember to "brush" up your skills/learn at Goldcomb's Glasgow centre of excellence!
 
I've heard through the grapevine that they're offering franchises at very competitive rates. Imagine opening your own Goldcomb plastering school

I was wondering, how much money can you make in a year artexing after doing the Goldcomb course?
 
I did the Artexing course at their Nottingham centre back in 1986. This time next year i'll be a millionaire then....... if I can get hold of any. Most merchants don't kep it anymore.
 
We only use the best possible materials at Goldcomb.... mainly from B&Q in black sacks off the floor but it's cheaper that way & we pass this saving on to you... the courser :RpS_wink:

We have 2 pallets of All temperature mix at Glasgow HQ. Mind you, you can learn from the director and founder of Goldcomb (tm) at the Glasgow centre. All for no extra cost!
 
I did the 25 minute www.goldcomb.co.uk course earlier today, so I'm fully qualified now, anyone who doesnt want to travel all the way to Glasgow HQ can pm me for the course manuals etc.:RpS_thumbup:

Hey goldcomb Are you still doing the 25 min artex course plus 5 minutes plumbing/electrician fully qualified YMHA you can earn a million pound a year deal? Is it still only £4995? I think I know where you're based is it the unit where the fleet of bmws and range rovers are parked?

Hey Goldcombers have you come across this new Venetian artex? I hear it's got powdered marble in it rather than asbestos - proper specialist artisan stuff. It glistens and sparkles. There's a whole load of different waxes to get your head round too.
 
We also do external artexing on the course,
various patterns are covered like the traditional Splodgit & scraper finish,
Also the - quick get the tarp waterfall effect & the rustic moon finish, tools needed for this effect are a tennis ball.

Nisus, thanks for reiterating the course details. We also teach the infamous "Pampas grass" pattern. Made famous by the wife swapping parties of the 80's. Very chic and a must for the professional texturer.
 
nisus bills tool store is really good 4 plastering tools trowels big buckets mixing paddles.ext if they dont have wit ur after they will order it 4 you.prices are really good as well.
 
manchester i used to teach for artex ive got patented artex patterns definately interested in your franchise
