Most people will leave it till last minute I reckon.

Won't happen its unaffordable so they'll do what they normally do identify it, mark it on the drawings and wherever possible leave it alone.

Usually with this sort of thing they make a half arsed stab at it instead. So it'll be private landlords to get surveyed before whenever and a phased removal by asbestos type over a period. The same for public buildings over a different timescale.

It certainly sounds like a good time to move into the asbestos survey game.

I've just started Artisan Asbestos. I'll be knocking out courses soon. I would put an order into @Danny for some printed mugs but he's only got till 2035 so i might try somewhere else
