job to plaster patch 1 bedroom flats after re-wires

no other trades in while u work
strip wall paper 6 inch either side of patches if needed, usually paint work so not needed

loosen sockets as to patch up tight then tighten up when finished

@ 6  chases to patch plus patch  @ new sockets plus a couple of 1 m long by 3 inch wide patches in cielings and fill 2 or 3 old sockets out usually half to 3/4  bag of browning to complete, then skim around 1/5th of a bag of multi

how long should this take ? working by yourself

yes every flat differes slightly but no more than 1 hour difference imo
carpets are covered ready with plastic floor covering furniture in house but plenty of access to patches

I want your views not as domestic work but as  continues work

no beeds to stick only work after sparkys

plastic already on floors so a quick sweep around usually does

i Done that for a day for the council. I lasted one day as it was so boaring but i did 2 3 bedroom houses in a day. I went around bonded all the patches in both houses. then left it for a while before going back to with a small buket of stiff finish to finish off.
