spoke to my mate today he's a joiner by trade but got an site agents job he said he's fired 16 spreads cos there shite I believe him aswell I've seen some fckin horrendous work out there

We just priced some one for boarding and skimming a ceiling and going over someone’s rough work in their loft. They didn’t accept our price but they had the loft boarded and skimmed by the other bloke for £400. So no lessons learned there!
