I went to a sit today and it was a nightmare it was all board but the walls were damp and the finish just would not go off for love nor money it was sh@t
 
how come the board was damp? someone been on there with a hosepipe? or the plumbers a tw't? are the boards f'cked? weird one that...
are you sure youve not just slept in all day and just woke up :D
i once spent 3 hours trowelling the same 10" bit of wall...
woke up and the missus arse was lovely and smooth :D
 
they did all the drylining before the building was water tight so the walls are very damp there is mould on the boards where the dots are plus the finish bags have also got wet nat all but its a real pain, gice me domestic work anyday
 
Was in the same situation the other day. The boards on the angles at the velux's were really wet and some were bubbling up and had to take the paper off the gyprock and bond it absoloute pain in the arse :(

ive just got home from fooking northampton ;D had to scratch/float and skim at 25mm deep over bitumen .........................it didnt err go off very fast :(.............. ;D
