i use liquid nails or instant grab to attach beading, works a treat and is really quick. dose anyone else use it

yeah i use a solvent free version.........i find it so much better than skim or bonding.

used no-nails for a while.......it made me feel really light headed ha ha

gripfill every time, gaffer tape em on first thing take the tape off and skim half hour later.

why would you spend on gripfil etc when plaster is wat you use on walls and got plenty of. strange way of wastin money ??? ???

Grip fill has its place on sticking beads i think maybe not in every case but in areas like hallways were a bead may take a knock or two it could save bead coming off ,money well spent in the long run .

Would need to be quite a heavy knock to take a plastered bead off. In this case ill come out and stick another one on at a small cost :P

i used to use skim or bonding but found with gripfill it would fix the beads alot quiker and the fix would be alot closer preventing the wall to scoop were it meets the bead.......... so its not a waste of money for me,

also......... all i do is reskims and it can take up to 5 minutes to fit a bead sometimes because the corners are all over the place, scoops, bulges sometimes the corners bow in the middle and thats if there is a corner to fit the bead to........... think i get all s**t jobs ha ha
