Can you remember times before dot & dab? Rendering all internal walls!! Render one day, skim it the next! I remember my spreads saying dot & dab will never catch on as its a gimmick!!! Well I can't remember the last time they or I rendered an internal wall now! Its a good job I've had a few outside walls to do this year or I think I would forget how to render altogether? :-0

If we were still floating walls every day i would have given up years ago,couldn't be arsed floating every day,too much effort.

Yep, got the T-shirt!! The last time i did it was a pub basement about 10 years ago. It was like working down a mine for a fortnight!!! er....lol :RpS_crying:

we render/skim (mostly lime)all the time-work mostly on older properties----no new build

very little dot and dab for us ---1 job this year with some and then only a few walls
