best base coat?

got a sectional pebble dashed garage we want to krend tc15 what's the best base coat for this going to take a bit to cover this also what stage of play would we mesh it thanks

just get down to Wetherby. Dub out heavy bits first. Then a good heavy coat thats meshed. Go back the next day and skim over it and a quick sponge and you’re ready for the Top Cat.

Premium adhesive. Fairly heavily polymered and only £10 a bag. You’ll get about 2m2 a bag on a bad substrate. Doesn’t have the same body as HP12 but will stick better if sticking is what you need.
If a lot of dubbing out is needed i’d just micro and OCR. Suppose it all depends on your location to materials etc etc.
