Friends house entrance wall . The walls flat but they want to keep the arch as a feature . Got cables on either side.
So the walls need to be roughed out about 12mm to cover cable. Meaning the arch prob wants to be out about 25mm .
Also no cavity in wall so really could do with insulation boards. But dont think that poss.

How would you get board to be 15 mm prouder for arch. . My plan was board up to arch . Sit a board on and trace a line for bottom of arch . Cut that then take some measures so many inchs apart of the arch to get shape for top. If that makes sense

Lost me sen lol. I .ve got plans in my head so should be ok .
If it all goes tits up i.ll talk em in to buying some cream k rend i got in shed for a feature wall.
