went to look at a job bout a yr ago. h/s/l and a study room. she had damp in the study, so gave her a number for a m8 that does damp work.

gave her a price which she said yes to and then never heard anything from her again.

anyway, today she rings and says hi, dont no if u remember me, u looked at my house a while back. ur friend came round and looked at the damp and said he thought it was more condensation, but now iv had it
PLASTERED, the paint seems to have bubbled. could i have his number again?? o and by the way i want my bedroom skimming.

i would just go and skim the room, dont take it to heart if she didnt use you the first time, she has learnt her lesson now. she just sees you like any other business.... how many times have you walked into tesco and they said 'sorry we cant serve you today because you went to asda the other week'. dont take it personally and just be thankful that she has chosen to come back to you for more work
