Blood on my ceilings

I do like my 14x4 Marshall town carbon which was recommended by a lot of great spreads on here but my fist are just too big:(. As I jab into the ceiling line pulling down to my walls my knuckles keep hitting the ceiling leaving bloody marks ha. Customer said that's a great job but what's all the marks on ceiling ha x
 
Forgot to say it's a trowel I have not long bought and broke it in with stones. It's a finishing trowel which is great but not for the above
 
ha very true. But I like this one. It took me a little while to Break it in. Maybe I should just buy another bloody trowel. Thought I was onto a winner

How did you break it in? Did you use the stone-slate-leather approach? Works wonders
 
I did . Surprisingly it didn't take too long. A hour in total over a few days of doing it . Great trowel but not good for jabbing into angles
 
Anyone over 40 years old should be using Speedskim ffs...

Saying that , everyone under 40 years should as well,bum bum

Oh well,enjoy the carbon knuckles
 
Ha it does sound like that a little bit .
I have a spat but you can't get you angles with one. Any am quite pissed now
