Came back to offer an apology to those who found what i said in bad taste.

You know people who are disabled hate being treated any different from the rest of us.Its only our sense of decency or maybe misdirected pity that isolate people who are disabled.

They would rather you joke along with them and treat them like anyone else than stare in pity from a distance.

The dudes in the wheelchairs decided to over take on the inside right at the point where the drinks stand was! People are blatently going to be moving over for a drink! The woman should've looked but they were stupid :RpS_thumbdn:
 
If I get complaints mate... I dont like deleting threads or editing posts but when people message me asking for it to be removed I do :-)

Open complaints there, and would find it hard to believe nobody officially complained.I have a good idea who complained in this thread as well, and they are entitled to.

Danny ive been a regular of various forums over the years, and i know how it is.Ive also been mod on some, and know how much of a difficult job it can be.I do think you have to show consistency across the board, with moderators also showing restraint and consistency.

a joke is a joke if it offends anyone theres something wrong with the person not the joke

Not had any complaints from that thread... Today was the first time I read it...

I don't like overly moderated forums... I believe in freedom of speech but I will always act if someone complains... If they are compelled enough to complain I have to look into it.

This place would be very boring if I deleted all the banter and distressful jokes... There is a fine line and to be honest i think myself and teh mods do a pretty good job.. fairly balanced and consistent :-)
