Mate get the Levpano (spelling?) it's bloody brilliant, although quite a bit of money. Our cheap one lasted no time at all and it's not fun when they suddenly go.

Get the one with the extension arms so you can lift an 8x4 and there’s no wobble at the ends of the boards. When you have seriously out of level walls you have time to scribe it in as the lab usually start sweating by then.
