when skimming over bonded walls do you flatten in using water, also how long should you wait before applying second coat

depends how long it been floated ,and no just lay it straight down mate

saturate the bonded wall with water, till it cannae drink no more.

There'll probably be a bit more suction - as has been said depends how long it's been sitting there.

its not like plasterboard mate i normally tight coat it then straight back over just control suction first
