I plan to freshen up the exterior of my residential house.
See attached picture of the front of the house.
The red/orange (yuck!) hanging tiles will be removed, timber battons removed, surface cleaned and then rendered/painted.
BUT I'm curious to know how much it would cost to have brick effect render on the bottom half of the exterior (where the window is) and also on the brick area surrounding the garage door.
Property is 4 bed semi detached in Surrey. Area to have the brick effect render would be 5 to 6 square metres.
