kitchen!!!!!!evening chaps,as i aint done anything of a big size on the browning front since i left college four years ago, what thickness should it be?im thinkin about 13mm....

Sand and cement or hardwall as its a kitchen its gonna need alot of fixing into the walls and browning is soft as s**t.

its an 8ft x 4ft wall where they have knocked out some old cupboard to make a bit more space,,i also thought of a 12.5 board instead of the browning as they want to hang a cupboard off the new plastered area, what do you reckon guys?

the truth is, plasterboard is wank for fixing to. hardwall or s&c mate. personally id go for hardwall.

I still use browning now & again, some merchants i go to have browning & no hardwall,
others have hardwall & no browning, so i just use what's available on the day.
But for fixing a kitchen to yeah i would go for hardwall.
