brush or spray bottle?

until resonantly i used splash brush when troweling up till it broke, i guy passed me a spray bottle been using it ever since
what do u guys use ?

spray bottles are ok 4 small jobs in ocupied houses.as they dont splash so cleaner.but wud use brush 4 bigger walls.
