Hi. Anyone have any leads on where to get a good bucket brush. I used to get good ones from groomers-online but just been to order a few and it has closed the site. I want a good long handled one. They're sometomes sold as grooming brushes but the ones I have seen on other sites t=don't look up to the job of cleaning a bucket and the whisk. Hand toolexpress do one but I''d clean them with a toothbrush before I paid £28 for one.

Thanks

Those churn brushes are shite mate the bristles are far to stiff.
Go on ebay buy the 12" round tar brushes if you find free delivery or combined postage your looking at 4 or 5 for about a tenner which will last you ages.

Something like these.

Lol I have a whisk brush a splash brush and a 1inch soft bristle brush for the odd edge here and there..lol

Lol. I suppose it does sound boring but the one I had was more like a soft bristled churn brush for tamping with a long handle. Not the stiff bristle. Though it was really a grooming brush not a proper churn brush like for lime. I don't use any kind of brush on the plaster itself

you're goddamn right i'm serious :RpS_angry: you're not gonna get me to leave like you did with nisus :-(

I know a few dirty smelly barstewards that could do with reaming out with one of those..

I just use an alloy wheel cleaner brush ... £1-2 quid from your local pound shop ... stiff enough to clean your buckets :RpS_thumbup:

Seriously, get one from toolstation, I've had mine a while and with the brush extension you were born with (aka, your arm) it'll clean out the stiff stuff at a quarter of these prices!!!

Lol.... brush from a dustpan does me but its not something I have ever really thought about too much:confused:

I just nick 'em off the housewives ... it's fair to say I have left dozens of widowed & heart broken dustpans in my wake! :RpS_sneaky:

Thanks @Hairybear I got one of the ones you mentioned from Toolstation and it's bang on. The first bit of advice from on here acted upon :RpS_thumbup:

I have tried and tested many brushes over the years and halfords bumper brush costing about £4 is by far superior, which reminds me I need to get one of these back in my kit.
