Has anyone replaced the bushes on their mega mixer? I need some ive sent refina an email but was wondering has anyone ordered them before and from where?

the old boy i worked with bought a load off refina. used to change them himself no problems. when i needed some bushes last, my step dad whos a motor rewinder told me to give him the model No and he'd get them alot cheaper. so maybe if you find somewhere that can get them youll save some wedge

ho long you had it m8

Its a 2 minute job 4 screws and i cant afford to be without it, ive had it about 7/8 years.

prolly splitting hairs but hey ho, thats me..

bushes are like a bearing, just without the balls, like a cylinder of brass that supports a rotating shaft...

BRUSHES are little blocks of graphite (carbon), usually attached to a spring to keep them (one each side +ve and -ve) in contact with the motor...

you might find flynny that if you take em out and turn em round youll get another 50 hours out of em to get you out the s**t till your new ones arrive..

anything like that i usually google the model number+'scematic', find the part number and order em off the site that offerered up the scematic, works for washing machines, drills, etc...
