iv found my phone rining of late that im booked 8 weeks up and now the problem of having to let people down as i cant come with in a good time! just me and my lab and we work all weekends! i know one good spread but he is always busy and i only get a few day of him.. how lot deal with this situation?

sure there will be someone on here you can trust to do some of the work to a good standard if you set it up. That way you aint turning anyone down and it will be you they remember helped them out and will be more likely to recommend you or use you again

But then ul either be breaking the law paying them cash in hand or gettign ever closer to that £65,000 vat thresholkd or whatever the limit is nowdays.

To be honest Oasis ur doing alright mate, and just you keep looking out for yourself pal, employing more peole is more hassle than its worth been there done it pal.Its one thing to give a job to someone else every now and then but see what u get in return????
if your busy your making enough money,if your not making enough money ur not charging enough which is why u got work although i dont think this is the case with you.
just tell them to wait for 8 weeks or get a chancer out of the yellow pages!!!

humm thanks. yea that's the hard part, you cant ever take on another spread as yu cant guarantee work and if they are good they will always have better offers

why cant you just pass it onto someone else, as long as theyre decent then you will have another contact and they will remember you for sorting them out. and the customer will be happy so will come back to you. everyones a winner baby. thats no lie!

not necesarily, and theres more chance they will come back to you if you help them out. rather than saying no sorry im too busy

It's hard to not only find a good subby but one who won't try and steal your contact. Happened to me on more than one occasion.

just gotta find some1 u can trust. and ideally some1 that would want a hand abck so u can build up a working relationship.

iv had it a few times where people have asked spreads who have worked for me to do bits extra and to be fair as far as i no they have always told me. then iv told the customer to stick it afterwards.

and most people should no that it wont be any cheaper asking some1 doing work for u to give them a price on extras coz they are prob gonna bump it up doing it direct anyway

i've had a couple of people say to me 'do you do your own work?' to which i always reply yeah but not for you mate.
