Can I rectify a bad Parex finish

Hi my uncle has just paid 5k for the worst Parex finish I've seen. Can I run it back to rectify it in any way 2 weeks after it's been laid thanks

I haven't got any at the moment I was wondering if a power scratched would work. There are a lot of lines from the I Bar and areas not scratched back it is absolutely awful

No power float won't work. Gone to far now.
