can k-rend be used in tyrolean gun?

as the title says.can k-rend/mono products be used in tyrolean gun to leave a scat like finish on either s&c or k-rend finshes?

the reason i`m asking is i`ve half a dozen or so old bags left over from a job.was wondering if they can be used for this?

Ive sprayed mono with a tyrol gun for a tyrolene effect its not as nice as cullomix but it does work, its not as fine and tends to get big blobs here and there, same thing we had some left over and used it for texturing

yes i have done it but you have to re mix it quite often as it tends to set pretty quick
