Out of interest m8 why do you want a deisel mixer? there heavy smelly and polute the enviroment surely you could use 3 polsih labourers mixing with a trowhawk instead?

just bought one.got it off ebay in the end.went for a 110v belle 150t.£400.not as good as a deisel engine, but nice and quiet, and easier to transport.

IMO the last thing you want is a fast turning drum, the Winget runs at 22rpm and is a great allround machine, I've used them for all my rendering and screeding for the last 10 years. The 150TFT is so easy to move from job to job with no need for a trailor. I've got a 150m2 floor screed to do on my own over the next few days and wouldn't want to do it without a decent diesel mixer.

why not just get ready mixed ???

I've been using the Belle mixer from wickes for 200 notes for rendering...its electric 240v..very quiet, fantastic mixer. Whats the difference between diesel and electric then?..looking at the specs the electric has 130 litre drum capacity so its not size? ??? Do you guys use diesel cause sometimes you don't have access to electric or something?

I thought it was us Southerners that were supposed to be soft ;)
Yeah mixing and laying Church, I haven't found a decent lab yet.

how can it be cost effective to do that and not have it delivered and barrowed in !!!!!!

i dont see the point in it at all

I've costed the ready mix option several times and it has just never worked out. If I do 55m2 a day at £5.50m2 mixing it myself I'm happy with that.
