hello thar 
........been a bit of a thick get and having the choice of 8 walls to skim i decided to skim the wall i need to chase out for my telly wires ;D......its just been skimmed and i want to do it asap to get some paint on it ...does the plaster need to be fully dry before i hack it off?..........thanx
