Finaly got stuck in today thanx to spunky. Put me on to sum1 and let me use his joddy cheers mate work atreat all day nice 1
 
Yeah its gud machine mate. Never alterd it once from 7 til 12 it jst ran the same had it at number 6 .7 is to wet and makes it lumpy and then the dry bits will rip wen rubbing up.
 
lee, he is scared of it mate, we had him spraying again today so i think the joddy will be going soon and a little ritmo as a replacement
 
Yeah he wus saying the ritimo was wickid. Wud love a machine. Jst layed out for a van so gna leave it a bit. This job wud be ideal for spraying the hardwalk we got 31 bags on today and had skimd up for half 5
 
we did 80 bags of monorex j40 and 1 bag of basecoat today ..........good for you lee and thanks for the tip mate we prob have it a bit wetter cause we smoke far too many fags and our flask is empty by 9 oclock :-[
 
had the same thing with monorex spraying there cream colour and in the middle there was a bag of rose pink
 
i noticed as soon as i dropped the bag in so just stopped the machine and emptied out as much as pos and run the hopper dry on a first pass.
 
ah yeah I spose if you do notice it it is handy...lol

I remember doing the same with hardwall not with a machine but knocked up hardwall and drywall together

We were on a job once with a lab who couldnt read. the mix we were using was hydralic lime and sand all went fine the first day then it all went pete tong when at the end of day 2 we noticed he was using hydrated lime and sand.
