Condensation in under stairs cupboard

Hi folks,

A bit of background, took the under stairs back to brick, on the other side of the brick on the right, is the kitchen, and to the left, a garage which isnt owned by myself. It was damp as anything!

Slurry was put on the brick, and after a week there is still condensation in the cupboard, it reads 17 degrees, outside of the cupboard its 18 degrees, in the kitchen next to it, its 19 degrees. The humidity in the cupboard reads 80%, the floor is floorboards with a couple of small gaps. The brick has no airbrick.

What is the solution to have this without condensation and ready to be plastered? Also, once at that stage is lime plaster the way to go? Is it compatible with slurry?
