Morning chaps

I have a conservatory im doing next week its not something I normally asked to do probably my second in ten years anyway on this one the external wall is painted render, which they want skimmed now is using bond-it and skimming straight over ok or will it need a tight coat of bonding first.

i would of just pva ans skim..but i guess that bond it gives a good key

id use a bonding agent, id stick the reveals as well on the blockwork walls less chance of a crack

if the paint is sound then id go bond it to be %100 but lay up over tacky pva should be ok
