Ive just put up some of the upvc cladding on the bathroom ceiling of a friend of mine. He asked if id also put the coving up for him. I thought regular cove adhesive might struggle to bond to pvc and ceramics. Anyone know of a suitable alternative or am i overthinking it and vove adhesive is fine?

No didnt think so, I'll have a look at the grip fill. If in doubt i can bury a few screws into the coving and then fill over them.

Think id need a female labourer to help me out...it's a fair sized bathroom
This lass gives great hand jobs mate

She looks like a keeper, at least i wouldnt have to take the bins out anymore cos they're too heavy.

use the lightweight style that's still paper faced but its like hard insulation material inside...its light as a fether and you can apply with there own bonding product that you juse apply like silicone etc...

thougggggggghhhhhhhhhh imo coving in a bathroom will look pants!

As he wanted the pvc up he needs something to cover the edges. It was supercove i was going to use which is lightweight paper faced jobby. Maybe could use similar to the strip you put around window frames but that would look tacky probably.

Sorry zombie, my tablet seems to give random likes and dislikes...didnt mean to dislike your post an have removed it:)

If all he wants to do is hide the cut edges just get some upvc quandrant and put it up there with STIXALL
