cpi general purpose over cpi base coat

does anyone know how cpi behaves over the basecoat were cpi basecoating and float and skimming from a silo cheers

sorry its the high bond pre render stuff the blocks were going over are the very smooth celcony block with hardly any mortar between if that makes sense and the blocks are laid on the side

Highbond is very similer to hpx and I've done cpi gp over hpx before with no probs takes slightly longer to take up though
