just been to see a job doing exterior decoration on flat drawn block render, they have few cracks under windows ect and a few deeper ones over a Few detail fascia boards ..

whats the BEST approach to take these on? i dint fink exterior filler was good-enuf?

also i have to look at a damp wall inside that's been rendered on the outside and done on the inside in the last 2 years and is still damp and showing threw the paint! so looks like my new damp busting buddy is ganna have a call! ill let u know the out come of that !oh and that was up on the 3rd floor.

house was so nice people make Royalty look like chavs!

i'd open the crack with a stanley knife and fill it with a flexible filler ............as for the damp good luck mate

hack out and EML. not too sure o the damp without seeing. could inject with dryzone if its rising

The damp man is gonna slap your arse it will be interesting to hear what he says i look forward.

Upstairs damp usually come from ventilation problems, roof or breast walls from the chimney they are a little hard to trace and usually needs a bit of building work to sort, its not just a usual case of m2 high or tanking.
