I was also told that but to be honest if you are joining two different materials together they will both expand and contract at different rates anyway

I battened, and boarded an 11 meter stone wall yesterday. Pissed as f**k on old stone. Skim it today along with another couple of walls. Get paid and get drunk for 4 days

Ha that it is. I think we'd all much prefer the windows not to be in it though. Stop beads look nice when it's all finished but they're a faff
