Not sure there is , theres is a plastic cove type tool about somwhere refina i think, but i cant see it doing anything better than a skimming trowel tbh .

had a job a few years back where the client wanted quite a big curve to his ceilings,so we bonded them out and formed the shape using cove trowels.used the trowel skimming too,but was finished with skimming trowel..
if you just want a smaller curve, you can use a bit of 4in waste pipe or even a glass bottle ( we call them curves a "bottle cove"down ere ) to form a shape ,but think you'll always find the last trowling up is with your skimming trowol anyway...

I have one of these and they are very flexible and are useful for forming the backing coat shape but of no use to trowel up with. As said by others you need to trowel up with a steel trowel, I always keep an old stainless steel trowel that has a real curl on the blade for jobs such as this and troweling up winders.

trowel is always best , you can get buy a dry lining tool for forming the shape of the curve .
they are shaped a bit like a table tennis bat.

As Andy said, the Refina stainless tape and joint trowel is very flexible but finish of with your normal trowel.
Lucius.
