Dabbing PIR plasterboard.

Got a job d&d PIR boards, new one for me so was hoping for some advice. Is it normal procedure and anything to watch out for?
and around window/door reveals is there anything to know as there will be some insulation on show, is this skimmable?

Dry wall adhesive over insulation makes it skim able, or mitre the corners

You need to put secondary fixings in them, on corners/reveals cut out the foam on the edge of one so the other slots in so there's no foam on show

We use to cut the thickness of the insulation off 1 board edge so it sat tight and once boarded looked like normal pboard

I do loads of dabbing with them they are obsessed with them on new builds and renovations up here. I have used the mitre and remove foam and butt joint method and if you have loads to do i think mitre is quicker cos it is only one cut.

Depends who's boards you are using some spec 3 straight down middle others 4, 1 in each corner ish.

Starting the dabbing tomo. How do you guys secure the top reveal while the addy goes off? I'm guessing screwing into the lintel is a bad idea!

Props off the seal/floor , nice off cut of timber to suit sat on props.
