not done damp work be for whats the best way to treat it befor plastering its in the corner of a bed room not happy fond it when i was striping the wall paper but still have to skim over the artex on the ceiling will i have to skim the walls as well arfter i treat it what about stain stop is that good to use and still ok to skim over

you could sbr slurry first two coats but normally sand an cement will do with the right addatives

dri coat would not sure about limelite dri-coat is cement based so would work well with dri-coat

but make sure you hit the sbr while tacky or it could polymerise
