Hi, house is pebbledashed on really solid - guy wants to smooth render over top to save cost/time of taking it all off

this be ok?

once the dash is solid its ok. will take 2 coats tho

yes just go over it mate but the scratch coat will be very heavy so allow for more material to level it off
