day rate and per meter?

hi all just wondering what the going day rates are and per meter prices? i live in sheffield so looking around this area if poss

Something Ive found is the massive difference in price between areas. When I lived in the midlands 3 years ago you could get anything up £200 day rate. Now in Wales its rubbish, be lucky to get half that

Youl get what ur worth.
i.e a spread that can put on 60m2 on his own is worth more than 2 week course guy that can put 2 walls a day on.
So if the 2 week course took 2.5 days to do a 4x4 lounge/ lid and wanted £200 a day that would be £500 labour plus mats say £600 total for arguements sake.

but old spread whos been in the game 20 years on the other hand could do it in a day,so he's more than worth £200 a day. as it would only cost £300 with mats for him.

so the true value of the 2 week courser is £40-50 a day labs rates.

Youre worth what you can do to a good standard per day in my opinion
