Different substrates?

Hi there folks, just wondering what you would do. Below the dpc/bellcast on a job i am spraying with e-grade next week there is a course of dense concrete block, a course of concrete bricks and then celcon trench block.

That's just asking for troubles so what would you put on it before or during rendering to make sure there will be no cracking. I thought about just a quick spray then slap some fibre mesh on then second coat.

yeah, that's what i was thinking of doing, to be honest i only really started the topic to be involved in the forum a bit more and obviously to get a second opinion.
